Cottage Cheese Buffalo Dip

This savory, high-protein dip is tangy, cheesy, and creamy. It can be made in a snap and is sure to be a hit whenever you serve it.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
¼ cup buffalo sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
fresh ground black pepper to taste
3 cups shredded chicken
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Garnish: sliced green onions, chives, or blue cheese crumbles
For serving: chips, pretzels and veggies

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, and pepper in a large bowl. Fold in shredded chicken and cheese until everything is well coated in sauce. Transfer dip to a 10-inch cast iron skillet or ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Bake 15–20 minutes until the dip is heated through, and the cheese is melty. Garnish with a sprinkle of blue cheese, green onions, and/or chives as desired. Serve with chips, pretzels, or veggies.
